PRIEST:
In light of God’s new covenant with us, we confidently come before him with our concerns.
READER:
That Christians will seek life and happiness through the laws given by God through Jesus,
we pray to the Lord:
That our lawmakers will enact legislation only in accord with our Constitution, we pray to the Lord:
That our candidates and catechumens will be lifted in prayer by our community as they approach the Easter sacraments, we pray to the Lord:
That vocations to the priesthood and religious life will increase in our diocese and religious orders, we pray to the Lord:
That those who have died will inherit the eternal life promised by their faith, we pray to the Lord:
For the needs we hold in the silence of our hearts…. (PAUSE)…and for
